Issue with Work Docket Forms

Temporary Issue with Work Docket Form showing up in ‘Forms’

Please note that due to some changes in Work Docket Forms, any allocations/orders created prior to 21/08/23 the Work Docket Form will not be attached to the allocation (where the Prestart form is listed).

If your allocation has been affected by this, please scroll down to the ‘Dockets’ section, then click on ‘Templates’ where you can complete your Work Docket.  Please see screenshot of mobile view below:
